Logisticus has expanded its industrial warehousing footprint to more than 6.2 million square feet across 10 states, giving our customers the space they need, closer to where their projects are happening.
Warehousing Is Infrastructure, Too
It’s easy to think about renewable energy in terms of turbines, panels, and substations — the visible end products. But long before any of that gets installed, it has to be received, inspected, staged, and stored. Components arrive on different timelines, from different manufacturers, often months before a project is ready to use them.
Without the right warehousing in place, that mismatch becomes a bottleneck. Projects stall. Schedules slip. Costs climb.
We built our warehousing strategy around solving exactly that problem for wind turbine blades, nacelles, and tower sections; for solar panels, racking, and inverters; and for battery energy storage system (BESS) components. Each of these material types comes with its own handling and space requirements, and our footprint is designed to accommodate that range.
Why Scale and Location Both Matter
Adding square footage is only half the equation. The other half is where that square footage sits. Renewable energy projects are happening all over the country, often in markets that don’t have a long history of industrial real estate built for this kind of use.
That’s why our expansion spans 9 states rather than concentrating in one or two markets. Being closer to where projects are breaking ground means shorter transit times, faster turnarounds, and fewer points of failure between “the components are ready” and “the components are installed.”
