Turn-key Transportation Solution
We offer truly full-service transportation project management. Our team can manage any size project from start to finish, including supplier selection, route assessments, permits, project execution, onsite representation, and risk/crisis management.
The Logisticus leadership team has managed over 100,000 super load moves, up to 25 simultaneous projects, and over 100 suppliers of various modes. We have orchestrated heavy cargo transportation projects all over the globe, including North America, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, Africa, Europe and Asia.
Project Delivery Harmonization
Project costs and timelines can increase quickly when cargo is not delivered sequentially to a project site exactly when it's needed. Equipment, personnel, and other resources already onsite may be underutilized. We can help by creating and managing a Distribution Center (DC) in close proximity to the project site to allow for properly timed delivery of all cargo.
Distribution Management and Storage
Let our team of experts manage component distribution or safe harbor wind turbine storage for your next project. With multiple locations throughout the U.S. and customized in-house software to track delivery, inventory, maintenance, and inspections, we have the resources to handle any project.
Our experienced team is available to manage all facets of project activity on your behalf. We can provide any of the following on-site resources:
- Cargo transload supervision
- Inventory management
- Crisis management
- On-site safety support
- Data collection
- Cargo inspection
- Damage or accident investigation
Specialized Cargo Transport Solutions
We plan and execute the transport of project cargo across borders and state lines. Although our specialties reside in super load category movements, we draw from both our in-house execution methods and our vast heavy haul experience to successfully execute any project, regardless of cargo size or volume.
Logistics Supplier Performance Scorecards
We collect and analyze data to produce intuitive supplier scorecards, utilizing your specific expectations and metrics to measure each supplier. Taking this quantitative approach allows you to isolate problems and drive continuous improvement.
